Last year was our most productive year yet, which has allowed us to advance ourselves as a company. Along with new investments and community involvement, we decided to invest in new machinery starting with our brand new Trumpf 7036.
Our team have welcomed the investment as it comes with many new features such as a visual assist step-by-step for each part and being able to download any drawings and programs from our server straight to the screen, which allows for increased accuracy and repeatability. These new aspects have seen around a 10% increase in productivity on this machine.
This new high-speed machine means we can bend small and medium-sized parts economically whilst saving space due to it's small footprint. More importantly, The BendGuard safety system moves automatically with the bending stroke which gives increased safety with better access for the parts.
